We’ve moved into an era where digital escalation happens rapidly. Many crisis communication plans focus on what an organization should say. Far fewer address whether those messages are supported by evidence, documentation, operational capability, and stakeholder coordination. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in physical and logistical security, combined with formal education in communication with a specialization in crisis communication, I have developed a systems-based framework for crisis management in shifting environments, putting an emphasis on authentic narratives and operational honesty as the core foundations of stakeholder trust.
